Easy Easter Egg & Water Fun!

 

Here is an activity that was very easy to create!  All you need… Easter eggs, a sink or tub, water and bubbles.  Yep, that is it! 

I wanted an activity that I knew 2 year olds (& soon to be 2 year olds) would love.  This activity was a hit!  My little ones played for 30 minutes!  They scooped the water to fill up the eggs, they splashed the eggs into the water and they covered those eggs with bubbles.  I filled the eggs with water and encouraged my little ones to use their fine motor muscles to pull open the eggs.  We also like how the water drained out the eggs that have tiny holes in them.  This activity would also be a good one for colors.  Hide the eggs in the bubbles and ask your child to find a certain colored egg.
