I am currently working on my Calendar Time Packet. But, I thought I would take a break and let ya’ll know my recent cheap school supplies purchase!
I saved $27.30 and only spent $6.23- WHO HOO!
At Office Max, this week only:
- 25 cent glue sticks (4 in a package). That’s only a little over 6 cents a piece! There is a limit of 3 on these glue stick packs.
- Sharpies (12 pack) for ONE DOLLAR! Holy Cannoli- that is only a little over 8 cents a piece! There is a limit of 1 and you must have the coupon from the ad.

-Quantrum dry erase markers (5 pack) for ONE dollar! That’s .20 cents per dry erase marker…not bad! You can buy up to 2 sets and must have the coupon from the ad.
-1 inch 3 ring notebooks= $1.00. I happened to need two of these – so this price seemed pretty good to me. They are not the highest quality of notebooks (no clear view on front), but will work.
Also, the ad on the front shows that you can get 10 folders free when you spend 5 dollars. Well…I found out that you can’t buy the ‘on sale’ stuff to count towards your 5 dollars worth of money spent…to me 5 dollars is 5 dollars but whatever.
OH! I did get a free 20 oz drink too! The cashier forgot to ask me if I needed a ream of paper and the sign on the counter said you get a free Coke if the cashier forget to offer it…so, I called her on it. Felt kinda bad afterwards (she was not happy), but that’s what the sign said!?!
What great school supplies deals have you found?
These are some great deals! I am going to have to check out Office Max this week! I went to both Wal Mart and Target... Got Composition Books and 24 packs of Crayola Crayons both were 50 cent a piece!! I can get enough for my whole class now! The school where I teach i can not count on parents to purschase school supplies!

Loved the prices at Office Max this week! How did you get the coupons to pring from the ad? I stopped and picked up a Sunday newspaper b/c I couldn't figure out how to get it to print from the computer! HELP!
